Mes-Ko Food Processing Plant for meat products. Situated in the beautiful valley south of the city of Petrich, Bulgaria, the building is extended and refurbished in order to best comply with the new functional arrangement.
The image of the building is a reminiscence of the traditional barns for meat air processing and contributes to the traditional character of the nearby winery, creating a modern yet traditional "gourmet" complex.
