The particular geometry of the plot directed the design towards the creation of a lean terraced structure.
The volume of the residential building is articulated into repetitive modules following the terraced hight restrictions for the volume, creating structure resembling stairs of terraces following one after another.
The whole volume appears to be going back as the hight rises with premeditated programmed algorithm of repeating residential units elements.
The large facade openings towards the South and the View of the Vitosha mountain are also connecting the living room with the large open terraces.
This modern image blends into the structure of the old neighborhood due to its simplicity and stripped-of-everything-additional image.
