Lozenetz Residence construction begins

The construction works on the Lozenetz Residence Project in Sofia has officially started. An opening event was held on the site where in accordance with the Bulgarian constructional tradition a priest blessed the site and the future homes.

In the next 24 months the construction works will shape the image of the minimalistic residential building.

We hope that the new apartment house will add a taste of modern design in the old neighborhood.

Visiting the Hall

The team of BD Arch visited the completed Arena Botevgrad for a National Volleyball League match of the local Balkan team in the city of Botevgrad!

There was a lot to enjoy amid the atmosphere of the sold out hall with all the enthusiasm of the fans.

We are glad that this highly appreciated building that our studio has designed really serves it's purpose - to host grand sport spectacles full of smiles and sport drama.
